At DASTAN, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items can be exchanged for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Item received in wrong size
  • Item received in wrong colour or style (different from what was ordered)
  • Manufacturing defect or damage

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure orders (unless there is a manufacturing defect)
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (+92 371 1299647) or email.
  2. Share your order number and photos of the item.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to us (customer bears return shipping cost for Pakistan orders).
  5. For international exchanges, please contact us first to discuss the best solution.

Refunds

We currently do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be processed as store credit or exchange.

International Customers (UK, USA, UAE, etc.)

For international orders, please contact us before returning any item. Due to customs regulations, we will work with you individually to find the best resolution — which may include a store credit, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation.
